ED Recovery Support Group:
TEENS
This is a safe, positive, open group for teens (ages 13-17) currently in therapy and needing additional support in their recovery. The pro-recovery group will aid in those with anorexic, bulimic, and or binge eating disorders/behaviors and will help with body image concerns.
This will be a process and psychoeducation group. Some weekly topics will include:
Self Esteem
Self Care
Challenging Perfectionism
Healthy Boundaries
Stress Management
Body Image
Positive Self Talk
Tuesday Evenings
7:15 to 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $50 per group
